Plain-language draft terms for the FLY8 Study private beta.
1. Who we are
"FLY8 Study", "we" and "the FLY8 team" mean the people who run the app. FLY8 Study is run by a small independent team in the Philippines.
2. The beta
FLY8 Study is in a private beta. It is invite only, may change, may have bugs, and may be paused or ended at any time. We do not promise it will always be available.
Bug bounty: if we confirm and fix a bug you reported, we may add 7 days to your access. One reward per bug; at most 4 per 30 days.
3. Your account and access key
- You sign in with your email and a one-time 6-digit code.
- You redeem an access key from the FLY8 team. Keys have a "use within" window and an access period.
- Your account works on one phone. The team approves new phones.
- Keep your key and account to yourself. Do not share or sell them.
- Be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian agree for you.
4. What the app is, and is not
The notes and practice questions are a study aid. They are AI-assisted, in original wording, and have not been reviewed by a licensed nurse. They can contain mistakes. They are not clinical or medical advice and are not a substitute for your textbook, instructor or official PRC and Board of Nursing materials. We do not promise you will pass any exam.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the PRC or the Board of Nursing.
5. What you agree not to do
- Share, resell or give away access keys or your account.
- Copy, scrape, record, screenshot (where blocked) or redistribute the notes or questions.
- Try to break, reverse engineer or get around the app's protections.
- Use the app for anything unlawful.
The app may block screenshots and screen recording to protect its content.
6. Ending an account
We may suspend or end an account, with or without notice, if these terms are broken, for example by sharing keys or copying content. You may stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your data (see Privacy).
7. No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using it or from mistakes in the content. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Philippine law that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest update. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept it.
9. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the Philippines.
