What you may and may not do with the app and its content.
What you may do
During the private beta, we give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable permission to use FLY8 Study and its notes and questions for your own board exam review.
What you may not do
- Copy, scrape, export in bulk, or photograph the notes or questions to share them.
- Resell, rent, share or redistribute the app, its notes, its questions, or your access key.
- Remove notices, or try to get around the app's protections.
Ownership
The app, its notes, questions and design are proprietary to the FLY8 team. All rights not given here are kept.
Open-source components
The app uses open-source software, including React Native, Expo, Supabase client libraries and other open-source packages. Each keeps its own licence. See the app's About screen.
Ending
This permission ends when the beta ends, when you stop using the app, or when we end your account under the Terms.
